2 Tbsp skim milk
⅓ C seasoned bread crumbs
⅓ C grated Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1 large egg
1 Tbsp tomato paste

1 ½ lb ground turkey (93%)
Nonstick cooking spray

Sauce:
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1 can (28 oz) crushed fire-roasted tomatoes
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 1/2 C part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded

Garnish:
Fresh parsley

HOW TO MAKE THIS CHEESY TURKEY MEATBALL SKILLET:

Step 1. In a large bowl, combine the milk, bread crumbs, Parmesan, garlic, egg, tomato paste, parsley, and salt.

Step 2. Mix the ingredients together with your hands until evenly combined.

Step 3. Add the ground turkey to the bowl.

Step 5. Divide the mixture into 18 even portions and roll each into a ball.
