The Picky Palate Cookbook Release — Enter the Giveaway Now

I’m thrilled to share that the cookbook I’ve been developing for nearly two years is finally out this week. Today is the official release, and the book is available in bookstores and from major online retailers.

Many of you who pre-ordered on Amazon have already received your copies — it has been so heartwarming to see your photos on Instagram. Thank you for sharing them; your support means a lot!

I’ll never forget the long months spent testing, cooking and baking recipes back in 2010 and early 2011. Working in a tiny Newport Beach kitchen, I was a whirlwind of activity — ingredients flew, the counters were a mess, and I was equal parts exhausted and exhilarated. There were moments I could hardly believe I was creating a cookbook, and now that dream has become real. All that effort has paid off, and I’m excited to finally share these recipes I’ve been keeping close for so long.

One of the highlights of this journey was watching Matt Armendariz and Adam Pearson photograph and style the book. Their talent elevated the dishes, making them look as delicious as they taste. It was inspiring to see their creative process up close.

I’m deeply grateful to my agent and the team at Wiley for making this experience so special and for their support throughout the project.

I hope you enjoy the book — each recipe was created with care and a lot of love. There are more than 100 new recipes you won’t find on Picky Palate. Enjoy!

4. The giveaway closed on Thursday, October 25th at 8am PST. It was open to US residents only. Winners were chosen via Random.org and notified by email, with 48 hours to respond. Books for the giveaway were provided by Wiley.
