This fudge needs a few hours to set, but the hands-on prep takes under 10 minutes. There’s no baking and no complicated steps — just a simple, delicious no-bake treat everyone will love.

Technically this isn’t traditional fudge because it contains no milk, but it looks, feels, and tastes like fudge. If a pedant wants to argue, I’ll enjoy my piece anyway.

3 Ingredient Microwave Peanut Butter Fudge (quick and easy!)

This quick, no-bake dessert is perfect for holidays, parties, or any time you need an easy crowd-pleaser. It’s simple, reliable, and sure to satisfy sweet cravings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter (2 sticks)
  • 1 cup smooth peanut butter (not natural)
  • 1 pound powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  • Grease an 8×8-inch pan with butter, then line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
  • In a large glass bowl, combine the butter and peanut butter. Cover with a paper towel and microwave on high for about 2 minutes.
  • Stir, then microwave 1–2 more minutes depending on your microwave wattage. Be careful — the mixture will be very hot.
  • Add the powdered sugar (and vanilla if using) to the melted mixture. Stir with a wooden spoon or spatula until fully combined.
  • Press the mixture into the lined pan using a spatula. Let it sit on the counter for about 10 minutes, then cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
  • When firm, invert the pan onto a cutting board so the fudge releases. Remove the parchment and slice into small squares.
  • Store the fudge in the refrigerator. It keeps well for up to two weeks.

Tips: Use a smooth, non-natural peanut butter for the creamiest texture. If you like a slightly firmer fudge, chill longer. Cut into bite-size pieces for serving or gifting.
