Like the famous fast food burger, this Big Mac pizza is irresistible. It captures the flavors that made the burger beloved and elevates them by turning the concept into a pizza. You can make a traditional version or a keto-friendly Big Mac pizza using fat head dough. Whichever crust you choose, the result is crowd-pleasing — even the Big Mac–style sauce can be adapted for keto.

Keto Big Mac Pizza
This Big Mac pizza is easy to prepare and adaptable. For a traditional version, use regular pizza dough and sugar instead of sweetener. For a low-carb option, use fat head pizza dough (almond flour-based) as shown below. Either way, the pizza recreates the sweet, tangy, and slightly spicy profile of the original — and we make it at home regularly because it really does taste like the real thing.
What is Big Mac Sauce?
Big Mac sauce is the creamy, tangy sauce famously served on the McDonald’s Big Mac. It combines ketchup, mayonnaise, pickles, mustard and vinegar to deliver sweet, tangy, and slightly savory notes with a hint of onion. The exact fast-food recipe is proprietary, but this homemade version captures the same balance of flavors and works well on the pizza.
