It’s almost here — 2014 arrives in less than a day! As I write this it’s under twelve hours away, and I can’t help but look back on what an incredible year 2013 was. I became an Aggie, joined a wonderful sorority and gained dozens of amazing sisters, baked my very first wedding cake, and welcomed my first sponsors. I am deeply grateful to H-E-B, Chobani, Mazola, and Causora for believing in this little blog and helping make so many projects possible. The year definitely wouldn’t have been the same without them.

Social media milestones made 2013 even more memorable. I began the year with 1,125 Facebook fans and finished with 8,293 — an astonishing gain of 7,168 new fans. Pinterest brought countless repins, and the blog surpassed 150,000 page views. I published 87 posts this year and have been overwhelmed by your support. Thank you for following along through the highs, lows, and occasional Facebook hiccups. If you haven’t become a fan yet, feel free to click the logo in the sidebar.

Now, for a bit of highlight fun: here are the most-viewed recipes of 2013. Click any title to go directly to that recipe.
